My journey into the fitness world started at a young age when I got involved in Martial Arts and Rugby. I was vice world champion in Karate in 2008 and still have my Swiss rugby caps. In 2021, I did my first Ironman 70.3. Since then, I haven’t stopped accumulating as many finisher medals as I can. I’ve done fitness modelling for bodybuilding magazines in the UK and have been a strength, conditioning, and endurance-focused trainer for over 10 years.

Parallel to my training at the Federal Sports Academy in Austria, further diplomas in mental coaching and sports psychology followed at the European Mental Academy in Salzburg and in Graz. Numerous sports psychology projects in Los Angeles brought valuable experience to my CV. Besides his self-employed activities and prior to joining The Kusnacht Practice as a free-lance personal coach, he has held various positions including Gym Manager at Holmes Place Zurich and has also developed a dedicated fitness-and-wellness facility for FIFA in Zurich in his former position as Head of FIFA Fit.
